Job Description

Building Manager

Pinewoods are a recruitment agency for property services and we are looking for a hardworking, proactive and experienced Building Manager. This building is a commercial property.

We need someone who is assertive and keen to go the extra mile. This role is part time but with on call availability required.

Hours:

  • Monday to Friday 08.00 – 12.00
  • On call required until 5pm

Duties:

  • To be responsible for the day to day running of all the practical aspects of the management of the building
  • Assisting clients on a day to day basis, resolving issues, providing help and then reporting to the Portfolio Manager.
  • Manage the reception and security staff.
  • Call out contractors to carry out maintenance work when necessary.
  • To be flexible and to undertake any such other duties as may reasonably be expected of the position.

– Honest and Reliable
– Excellent communication and customer service skills

Job Types: Part-time, Zero hours contract

Pay: From £13.85 per hour
